2013 Eat Local For Thanksgiving Demos
As part of our Eat Local For The Holidays campaign, Ballard Farmers Market will host cooking demonstrations in November and December to be performed by three of our best local chefs: Chef Jason Stoneburner of Stoneburner & Bastille, Chef Dustin Ronspies of Art of the Table, and Chef Ethan Stowell of Ethan Stowell Restaurants. They are amongst the most committed Seattle chefs to using local ingredients. Be sure to take the pledge, and eat local for the Holidays this and every year. Heck, eat local all the time.
