2012 Eat Local For Thanksgiving Demos

As part of the Eat Local For Thanksgiving campaign by Cascade Harvest Coalition, Ballard Farmers Market will host cooking demonstrations in November to be performed by a couple of our best local chefs: Chef Jason Stoneburner of Bastille & Chef Dustin Ronspies of Art of the Table. They are both amongst the most committed Seattle chefs to using local ingredients. Be sure to take the pledge, and eat local for Thanksgiving this and every year. Heck, eat local all the time. Ballard Farmers Market is open year-round!
