Wanna Be A Vendor?

All Food Vendors:  If you are interested in vending at any Seattle Farmers Market Association (SFMA) farmers market (Ballard, Wallingford or Madrona), please download our 2013 vendor application in PDF form here, read it thoroughly, then complete and return it with your payment as instructed. Incomplete applications will not be processed, and will delay your potential acceptance into our markets as a vendor, so please be thorough and clear, including contact info, all production addresses, all products you plan to sell and all markets at which you wish to sell. If you are a food processor or prepared food vendor, please download and read our November 2010 notice on our new ingredients policy here in PDF format.

Crafters: Please download our 2013 Crafter Vendor application here in PDF format. Please follow all other instructions that apply to Food Vendors.

Please return application to the address listed on it. No phone calls please. And please, no questions about the application until after you have read it thoroughly. And no application questions via the blog. Refer to contact info on application. (Note: applications received after the application deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to a late fee.)
