Honestly, I’m not sure what you are referring to. I’ve never seen chocolate spaghetti noodles at Ballard Farmers Market. That said, we have only one pasta maker at the Market — Pasteria Lucchese. They do sometimes make a chestnut linguine, I believe, in case that is what you are thinking of.
