It’s time to deck the halls for the holidays, and there is no better way to do it than with a fresh holiday wreath, made from local, native evergreens, holly and more. Your Ballard Farmers Market has lots of them now, including these beauties from The Fay Farm.

Propolis Brewing is offering some special releases of their wonderful ales just in time for the holidays, list their Prunus. “Handpicked from the wild ancient cherry trees of our childhood: Prunus~Malbec Barrel one-year aged wild cherry ale…only 22 cases…enjoy with care…” Also enjoy their Cedar Imperial Golden Saison, a 9.5% Imperial Saison aged for 4+ years, and bottled in November, as well as Grewit Barrel-Aged Old World Ale, their 7.5% (Reserve Ale) Wild Ale aged one year Malbec a Barrel.
