Cooking Demonstrations

Ballard Farmers Market occasionally presents cooking demonstrations featuring Seattle’s top chefs showing the public how to prepare extraordinary dishes simply, using fresh, delicious and nutritious local ingredients from the market. If these chefs can make such incredible dishes on a folding table using a butane burning on a cold, windy November day, you can certainly do it at home.

For upcoming scheduled cooking demonstrations, check back here. Please note, though, that do to the large crowds Ballard Farmers Market draws during the peak season, we tend only to schedule cooking demonstrations in November and December, for the holiday cooking season, but this is not set in stone. We do not have any cooking demonstrations currently scheduled. Generally speaking, we only hold cooking demonstrations just before Thanksgiving. Therefore, there is no schedule to put right up front. But thank you for your interest anyway.

Why don’t you have the schedule of days and time right up front so its easy to see and find?
