Wanna Be A Vendor?

Updated for 2015

We’ve changed the process a bit for 2015, so please follow all instructions, read all paperwork, and fill in all forms thoroughly before you submit your application.

If you are interested in vending at any Seattle Farmers Market Association (SFMA) farmers market (Ballard, Wallingford or Madrona), please download our 2015 vendor handbook, fill out the appropriate vendor application, and pay the appropriate application fee here. Read everything thoroughly, then complete and submit your application with your payment as instructed. Incomplete applications will not be accepted, and will delay the process of you becoming a vendor in our markets, so please be thorough and clear, including contact info, all production addresses, all products you plan to sell and all markets at which you wish to sell. If you are a food processor or prepared food vendor, please download and read our November 2010 notice on our new ingredients policy here in PDF format.

Applications received after the deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis, so do send your application in ASAP.

I was looking up this website and found out that the application to be a vendor was due yesterday. Can I still send in my information for your consideration?

Would really appreciate your consideration and assistance.
